We had this at cooking club last week and I will be serving it up at Thanksgiving. That is, if I don't decide to keep all three pies for myself.
CHOCOLATE BOURBON PECAN PIES
Light brown sugar 3 oz. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. cornstarch 3 c. corn syrup 2 tbsp. vanilla 2 c. heavy cream 8 eggs 1 c. chocolate chips 4 c. pecans 1/2 c. bourbon 3 premade refridgerated pie shells
Blend all ingredients together except chocolate chips and pecans. Divide chocolate chips and pecans into 3 unbaked pie shells. Then pour in the filling and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm.
